Accredited professional pizza chef diploma course authorized from “regione campania” in naples.
You’ll learn how to create and cook the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
You’ll learn a range of vital skills which all make up what it takes to be a professional pizza chef.

With a simple online bookings system, you’ll be able to easily browse throughout the calendar to book onto the pizza course at a date that’s suitable to you.
Booking are limited to a maximum of 12 people by session.
We accept applications from chefs and students around the UK.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT.
To enroll you have to pay £150.00 of deposit, this will ensure your place on the course .
The rest of the payment need to be paid off at least one week before the course begin.

CLASSES, DAYS AND HOURS.
In order to be trained efficiently, we recommend 6 weeks course with a total of 40 hours
Including 20 hours training at O’ Curniciello and GLite in Worthing.
Courses hours and days can be found below:
  • 15:00 – 17:00 | Tuesday
  • 15:00 – 17:00 | Wednesday
Location: GBMET Northbrook Campus in Worthing.

DIPLOMA
Once you have completed the course you will receive a valid Diploma recognized by Regione Campania (Italy)

Depending of the experience from £25K to £55K per year

You’ll learn how to create and cook the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
You’ll learn a range of vital skills which all make up what it takes to be a professional pizza chef with a tour to the traditional pizzeria in Naples plus a visit to the most important producers of flour, tomato and mozzarella in Campania. (including flight ticket to Naples and accommodation)

With a simple online bookings system, you’ll be able to easily browse throughout the calendar to book onto the pizza course at a date that’s suitable to you.
Booking are limited to a maximum of 12 people by session.
